The focus is on delivering excitement, value for money and ‘newness’, with hundreds of new lines landing every week. New Look’s ranges of apparel, footwear and accessories are designed for a broad spectrum of ages from early teens to 45 and over. Following a difficult FY18, significant progress has been made to deliver financial and operational stability that will be reflected in FY19 and beyond. New Look’s management team continues to deliver on its turnaround plan which concentrates on six areas of strategic focus: (i) return to proven broad appeal product, (ii) lower prices delivering better value, (iii) fundamentally realigned supply chain, (iv) symbiotic commercial multichannel model, (v) significant efficiency & cost savings, and (vi) people.
